Dan Biggar

Ex Welsh International Rugby player

About Dan Biggar

For the past 17 years, Dan has lived out his dream on the rugby field.

A stellar career saw him winning three Six Nations titles, competing in three World Cups, touring twice with the British & Irish Lions, and earning over 100 caps for Wales – a team he also captained with distinction. The adventure continues with RC Toulon, surrounded by the electric atmosphere of a rugby-mad town, and immersing himself in the French way of life.

Rugby isn’t just a sport for Dan – it’s a vocation that has shaped his understanding of leadership, resilience and teamwork. The lessons learned on the field – often through hard-fought battles – have equipped him with insights that extend far beyond the game.

As he continues to play, Dan is also applying these experiences to help others unlock their best, both in sports and in business. Whether it’s through high-performance leadership coaching or helping businesses find that extra edge, he’s committed to making a difference.

Dan is in high demand in the world of punditry: his honest and insightful analysis adding a new dimension to his career, and ensuring he continues to be a household name on and off the field. Working with the likes of  ITV Sport, TNT Sport (formerly BT Sport), Sky Sports and BBC Sport on the Six Nations, Autumn Nations Series, Gallagher Premiership and European Cup sees him bring fans closer to the game he loves.

Dan is a co-host of both the leading rugby podcast, Spotify’s “The Rugby Pod“, and the behavioural science-focussed podcast “A Load of BS on Sport“. A columnist for the Daily Mail and a published author with the release of his autobiography “The Biggar Picture”, Dan’s appetite to share his perspective and his ability to connect with his audience makes him one of the most compelling communicators to emerge from the sport this generation.

A Test Lion, Dan can offer unique insights in the build up to 2025’s Lions tour to Australia.
